Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

You understand that your content (not including payment card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Payment card information is always encrypted during transfer and is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell or resell any part of the website, its content, images, videos or reviews without our express written permission.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We sell children's books, including the "100,000 WHYs" kids encyclopedia, "Murphy's Law for Kids" and "Leadership Enlightenment for Kids", individually and in bundles.
We make every effort to display our products, covers, page previews and colours as accurately as possible. However, your screen may not show colours exactly, and the printed product, packaging or edition may vary slightly from the images on the website.
Product descriptions, age suggestions and learning benefits are provided as general guidance. Every child is different, and we do not guarantee any specific educational result.
Reviews, ratings, photos and reaction videos on our website were shared by our customers. They reflect each customer's own experience, and your experience may differ.
SECTION 4 – PRICES, OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product, bundle or offer at any time.
Sale prices, bundle deals ("Buy 2 Get 1 Free", "Buy 3 Get 2 Free" and similar), limited-time offers and countdown timers are valid only while stated on the website or until stock runs out. Discount codes:
- may be used once per order unless stated otherwise;
- cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise;
- have no cash value and cannot be applied to orders that have already been placed.
We are not liable to you or any third party for any change in price, suspension or discontinuance of a product or offer.
SECTION 5 – ORDERS AND PAYMENT
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order, including orders placed with the same account, payment method, or billing or shipping address. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you using the email or phone number you provided, and any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including your email address, shipping address and payment details, and to update it promptly if it changes.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship to the countries shown at checkout. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes up to 8–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Full details are in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; delays can be caused by carriers, customs, holidays or other events outside our control.
You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, losses or extra costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also check your order on our "Track your order" page.
SECTION 7 – 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery. Returns, refunds, replacements and the conditions that apply to them are explained in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To request a refund, return or replacement, please contact us first at support@thewondernest.co with your order number. We kindly ask that you contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider, so that we can resolve the issue quickly.

We are not responsible if information on this website is not accurate, complete or current. Occasionally the website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, delivery times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information, or cancel orders, if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
We have no obligation to update information on the website except as required by law.

If you would like a Submission removed, email us at support@thewondernest.co and we will remove it from our website within a reasonable time.
You agree that your Submissions will not be unlawful, abusive, misleading or obscene, will not violate anyone's rights, including privacy, copyright or trademark rights, and will not contain viruses or malware. You are solely responsible for your Submissions and their accuracy.
